Darrell Hite has been in construction related fields for over 40 years. During that time he has been actively engaged in all aspects of home renovations from foundation work to carpentry and everything in between. His motto over all of those years has never changed, live one’s life and conduct one’s business according to “the Golden Rule”.
That’s why as he observed family members struggling with real estate related issues and the pitfalls that can accompany unfamiliar or uncomfortable situations, he realized that there was a real need for someone to act as a liaison for individuals who are suddenly faced with a real estate dilemma. While such an event can, in the long term, be a blessing, sailing through uncharted waters without a sound knowledge of all of the options can turn that potential blessing into a nightmare.
As we all know, knowledge is power and most people today are not well versed in the real estate industry and home construction. In short, they don’t know all of their options when it comes to properly assessing all the different aspects that accompany a property.
It was for that reason that Darrell, along with his son Caleb, founded Florida Real Estate Options so that people would know ALL of their options and not fall into the pitfalls that lie in wait from a lack of knowledge.

Caleb Hite grew up around the residential construction market. In addition to his dad, both Caleb’s Grandfather and Uncle had long careers in the building and construction trades.
Although well versed with the various aspects of residential construction and remodeling, Caleb focuses on the market side of the industry. As a licensed real estate agent, he assesses the market valuation related to each property. With that knowledge, Florida Real Estate Options provides all of their customers with complementary market assessments. And because they live in Central Florida they can accurately assess market trends to determine whether selling, renting or residing in the residence is the best option for you.
Together they make a dynamic team. But as knowledgeable as they are, they never overlook one key element and that is the fact that everyone’s situation is different.
